We will only admit our participants by presenting a valid ticket for the event, which will be sent by our system to the participant's email address provided during registration.

Fee includes: conference documentation, full lunch and coffee break.

We will confirm your online registration in an email. (During registration, you will have to approve your personal data and the present Conditions.) Once you consent to the Registration, payment and cancellation conditions, we will send you a proforma invoice attached to the confirmation email based on the data provided during registration. Please pay this invoice within 8 working days following confirmation of your registration. Once payment is received, we will send you the invoice to the address given at registration.

Online registration constitutes an order. Prior payment of the attendance fee is a prerequisite for participating at the event.Once registration is finalised and submitted, we will not accept cancellations and will not refund the ticket. The attendance fee is to be paid even in case of non-attendance. Registration may be transferred after the full attendance fee is paid. As online registration constitutes an order, we will not accept complaints after the event, including citing the lack of transfer or failure to attend the event for any other reason. The full amount will be due nevertheless.

ATTENTION!

Momart 2020 Marketing Kft. reserves the right to change the date of the event. In case of a change in the event date, Net Média Zrt. will inform ticket holders in due time. Tickets already ordered and paid will be valid for the new date or, if that date is not convenient, may be transferred.

In case the event can not be held at the scheduled date due to legal or administrative restrictions or other circumstances beyond the control of either party, Momart 2020 Marketing Kft. will hold the conference online. The participation fee for the online conference is 40% of the price of the cancelled event on the same topic. Momart 2020 Marketing Kft. shall refund any payments previously made in excess of this within 20 days of its announcement on cancelling the event.
Refunds beyond the above will not be offered even if the event date is changed or the conference is moved to online format.

Payment by credit card

MOMART 2020 Ltd. uses the Barion credit card payment service. The customer enters his/her credit card details on Barion's secure banking interface. MOMART 2020 Ltd. does not have access to these data.

When entering your credit card details, we would like to draw your attention to the following:

• Bank card number: enter the 16-character serial number on the card, without spaces or hyphens. Please note! The credit card number is not the same as the bank account number!
• Expiry date: The expiry date is indicated on the card in month/year format (e.g. 10/09 - October 2009).
• Verification code: also known as CVC2 or CVV2. Embossed cards (Visa Classic, MasterCard) always have a verification code. Other types of cards may also have a check code. The last 3 characters of the number line above/below/next to the cardholder's signature on the back of the card give this code. If your card has a CVC2 code, please enter it at checkout!
• The result of the transaction will be automatically sent to the ticketing system within 5-10 seconds. Please do not close your browser and do not interrupt the process! The system will send a confirmation to the e-mail address you have entered in the form, which will contain the parameters of the purchased product(s).
