Kevin has held the role of CIO at Jonas Software for the past two years, prior to which he held numerous finance and operational roles within the group. As an operating group of the TSX listed Constellation Software, Jonas is a truly permanent home for vertical market software businesses across the globe. Having completed in excess of 1,500 acquisitions across its three-decade history, Constellation is today recognised as one of the top 10 most valuable software companies in the world.

Kevin's day to day activities include leading the M&A Corporate Development team based in the UK and in Europe, and managing the Deal Execution teams responsible for due diligence and post merger integration.
