Lenard brings over 20 years of experience in VC/PE and M&A transactions, with a strong focus on Central Eastern European (CEE) scaleups in technology & innovation-driven industries. His expertise in Private Equity and M&A advisory includes closed deals with exceptional firms such as Starschema, Balabit, Shoprenter, HelloPay, Parkl, Prefixbox, Continest, Logiscool or PingPong UX. He studied Economics at Corvinus University of Budapest and has since enriched his academic portfolio with certifications from MIT, Wharton and Columbia Business School. He is a former board member of the Hungarian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (HVCA) and founding member of the Hungarian Business Angels Network (HunBAN). Lenard is an experienced speaker at regional events, facilitator of workshops across Europe and lecturer at various European business and technology universities on topics including venture capital, private equity activities, business strategy and entrepreneurship.
