Péter Tánczos

Péter Tánczos is the managing partner of Euroventures. Péter has been working at Euroventures since 1992, first as an analyst, then as an investment manager, and since 1995, as a partner, participating in the management of one of the region's first and still independent venture capital fund investment activities. Over the past three decades, he has been involved in shaping the portfolios of five successive investment funds and in managing exits, serving as managing partner since 2010. Euroventures primarily focuses on capital investments in rapidly growing technology companies in the CEE region, building on experiences from numerous international IPOs (NYSE, NASDAQ, AIM, WSE, WB) and dozens of highly successful strategic exits. Péter holds degrees in economics and legal studies from Budapest, and an MBA from INSEAD in France. He is a member of the Board of the Hungarian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (HVCA) since April of 2024.
